Through the Greisinger Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (future GHM Messtechnik-Gruppe), BPE arranged the succession from  the company’s founder Otmar Greisinger via Management Buy-in.

Greisinger is a measurement technology company with over 25 years of experience in the manufacture of high-precision digital handheld and built-in measuring devices for temperature, humidity, pressure, pH value, flow / sound, conductivity and oxygen (air / water). With around 43 employees, Greisinger develops, manufactures and sells measuring devices including the associated software and offers related services (e.g. calibration). Today, sales are largely carried out directly to end customers via their own catalogue, an online shop as well as via mail order companies.
